Ken-can\'t compliment highly enough. We all felt sad when he left. Tammy was great for our pre-tour excursion to MIHO Museum and getting us home post. We knew Tammy from 9 years ago-Kyoto and Beyond. Delighted to see her again.

Pre-Tour Handbook

Problem here with accuracy of arrival instructions. We were supposed to go to a shuttle location. As we exited baggage claim at Itami there was a driver with a sign for us. Confusing after a long trip. Also, on return printout had wrong information for us. Tammy had correct data on her tablet. These details are critical to a good tour experience and should be accurate.
