Itinerary

Tour was planned very, very well. Could not have been happier.

Lodging

We stayed at four hotels: Park Hotel (Tokyo) was decent. The Hakone Tensein was good. The Namba Oriental hotel in Osaka was barely ok. The Kyoto Granvia was fantastic. This progression of types of hotels worked well for us. Thanks very much for the Granvia option! If the Kyoto hotel had been of a similar category as Osaka, we would have been quite disappointed.

Food

We had great meals everywhere we went. The hotel breakfast at Park Hotel in Tokyo was excellent. The Tensein was very good. Nambia Oriental was good. Kyoto Granvia was very good.

Guides

We were absolutely happy by both guides. They did a phenomenal job!

Pre-Tour Handbook

Details were very welcome. All the details relieved a lot of the stress we would have otherwise encountered. Very, very nicely done. Thank you!
