Overall the tour was very good and I felt like we saw a lot and got a good overview of Japan. We had a good group which helped.

Food

The Dinner at the hotel in Hakone was terrible. Food was cold. There was no explanation of what we were eating, and the how we should eat it. (Eat this first, eat this second). It would have been better to have someone there who could explain what we were eating; when and how to eat it. The servers tried to explain, but their english wasn\'t great. The written menu wasn\'t helpful since we couldn\'t identify the food it listed.The hotel and food in Miyajima were fantastic. Yoko was a lovely host and we all loved the food.

Guides

In general, the guides were excellent. Charlie set the bar for everyone. Willian in Hakone was only ok. He didn\'t seem very engaged.The Osaka optional tour guide (I think it was Keiko?) was also fantastic.

It was good. In general things were very detailed and accurate and helpful.
