The itinerary was great as it included details for the attractions we saw daily and then also a bullet summary. Once suggestion would be to make it clear how many nights a client would be staying at each of the hotels.

Including hotels with Onsens was good as it provided this aspect of Japanese Culture.

The food was good. The guides took us to locations (typically for lunch) that were very authentic to Japanese culture. The locations of these restaurants were often off the tourist routes, which provided a better cultural experience.

All of the guides and their organization and communications to us and each other, to coordinate hand-offs between guides, was excellent. Special thanks to Fujii, JJ, Kay, Daiji, Callyoo (Sp?), Mariko. They were all great and made the trip very worthwhile.

The handbook was great and provided us with background on Japanese culture and what we would expect on the tour.

The organization was very good. The hand-offs between guides was amazing. Their coordination between each other was very good. Also, the management of transportation including trains and taxis was fantastic.

Use of trains, taxis and buses was very good.
