If we have to cancel the tour for any reason, you will have the option of changing tour dates using all payments as future travel credits, or cancelling your tour. If you cancel, we will refund all payments. If you change tour dates, we will offer a 10% discount. Also, if you change, we will update your travel insurance for you.
If you have to cancel the tour, you will need to submit a claim to the travel insurance company. If you are an international customer, or you have opted out of the travel insurance, you are subject to the cancellation policy as described in the Terms and Conditions in the event you have to cancel. At this time, we are waiving all tour change fees.
Once Japan starts to allow tourists again and we are able to begin operating tours again, but you are not happy with the travel conditions in Japan for whatever reason, you can decide to change to a future tour date using all payments as a future travel credit. The future travel credit issued will be for the entire amount paid. If you select a new tour with a cost that exceeds your travel credit, you will be responsible for paying the difference in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Alternatively, if you select a new tour with a cost that is lower than your travel credit, we will issue you a refund for the difference. If you select a new tour, we will update your travel insurance for you.
