When none of our other tours fit what you are looking for you may need a custom tour. This is where to register or find out more information about this type of tour.
On this page there are two forms you can fill out. You can send us an enquiry form if you have questions regarding a custom tour, or if you have already received a proposal from us and would like to proceed with booking that tour, please fill out the booking form to the right.
We do not proceed in making reservations until we receive a deposit. Any changes need to be addressed before making the deposit or change fees may apply. Please see your proposal email for deposit amount and payment links.
A detailed itinerary will be provided about a month before your trip. Because this is a custom tour please see your proposal for a day to day outline.
Because this is a custom tour you will need to see the pricing on your proposal. If you are still trying to decide what dates you are interested in please see the following as it can affect the cost.

Adjustments for 2020 Tours
Because this is a custom tour you will have to refer to your proposal for inclusions information.
I am grateful we chose Samurai Tours. I don\’t know how we would have visited Japan without it. The self-guided option worked great for our needs.
We feel we received very good value for our dollar, and most everything about our experiences with Samurai people met or exceeded our expectations.
